WE SELL RAW AND VIRGIN HAIR SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE PURCHASING THE CORRECT HAIR BY READING THE DESCRIPTION. YOU DO HAVE THE OPTION TO REACH OUT TO US BY TEXT OR EMAIL BEFORE PURCHASING.

ALL HAIR IS INSPECTED AND CLEANED BEFORE SHIPPING; IF YOU FIND THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH ANY UNALTERED HAIR, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US VIA EMAIL.

 THERE IS NO REFUND NOR EXCHANGES ON HAIR CARE  PRODUCTS SUCH AS EDGE CONTROL, HAIR GROWTH OIL AND HAIR SERUM. IF YOU PAY FOR A SERVICES (I.E. style, color, etc.) AND FAIL TO DROP OFF or SHIP US YOUR WIG; YOU WILL FORFEIT THE MONEY PAID, however, THAT MONEY CAN GO TO A FUTURE PURCHASE IF YOU CONTACT IS WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. 

THERE WILL BE A CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 IF YOU PURCHASED/PAID A DEPOSIT FOR A CUSTOM WIG(WIG CONSTRUCTION) AND CHANGE YOUR MIND EVEN IF YOU'VE PROVIDED YOUR HAIR(BYOB). WIG CONSTRUCTION FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU PURCHASE HAIR FROM OUR COMPANY.

ALL SHIPPED ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS(unless stated otherwise in the description of the item) VIA USPS AND TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE EMAILED ONCE WE PRINT ThE SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH TAKES UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE.

WE OFFER SAME DAY PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE  WHICH CAN BE CHOSEN AT CHECKOUT. 

DELIVERY SERVICE IS FOR CUSTOMERS IN BALTIMORE CITY, BALTIMORE COUNTY AND MOST SURROUNDING COUNTIES IN A 15 MILE RADIUS. PLEASE TEXT TO SEE IF WE CAN DELIVER TO YOU OR IF WE CAN FIND A PLACE TO MEET IN BETWEEN. 

 PICKUP ORDERS MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER THAT CAN RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES, WE WILL SEND A TEXT TO PROVIDE PICKUP LOCATION.

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES; PLEASE REFER TO YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND SHIPPING COMPANY(USPS/UPS) REGARDING ANY DELAYS.

IF YOU PAY ONLINE FOR DELIVERY/PICKUP SERVICES, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE LEFT AT THE DOOR OF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED FOR DELIVERY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE MAILED IF YOU’RE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE FOR PICKUP.
