WE DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS NOR CANCELLATIONS. Exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. Email Nu.xtensions@gmail.com within 3 days (non business days) after the item has been delivered.

Exchanges are not guaranteed. If the exchange has been approved you will be provided with a follow up email with return instructions. If the error was made on behalf of Nu Xtensions, shipping will be paid for by the company, otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping.

No refunds or exchanges are provided for hair care products such as edge control & hair serum among others.

 

Federal Law prohibits the return of used human hair.

We mainly provide Raw Indian hair in Wavy and Curly textures only; however, in the Summer months we do offer One additional Texture which is Virgin Indian Curly called NuExotic. Yes, please send an email immediately to contact@nuxtensions.com if you need to make changes to your order.

All hair is inspected and cleaned before shipping. If you find that there is an issue with any unaltered hair, email us at contact@nuxtensions.com.
Orders are packed and processed in 1-2 business days(unless stated otherwise in the description) via USPS and UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order has been dropped off to the carrier. We use standard shipping which takes 3-4 business days until packages are delivered.
Yes, we offer same day pickup and delivery which can be chosen at checkout.

Delivery services are meant for customers in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and surrounding counties in a 20 mile radius.
